Sean Joyce is Certified Public Accountant who currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens. Sean has leadership experience in strategic development, financial management and compliance for non-profit organizations in accounting, information technology and facilities management. As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Lisa Cimperman brings considerable knowledge and experience on health and wellness to the DCNEO Board of Directors. Ms. Cimperman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition and Psychology and Master of Science in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. At UHCMC, Lisa works with physicians and nurses in the surgical intensive care unit to develop a nutritional plan of care and monitor outcomes. She also provides post-operative education and counseling. As UHCMC’s Media Representative, Lisa frequently lectures on various nutrition-based topics at professional speaking engagements throughout Ohio and has done media interviews for local and national audiences.

Mary Lee Bowen

Mary Lee Bowen brings extensive experience in communications, marketing, sales, and business development to the DCNEO Board of Directors. She recently served as manager of Quality Assurance and Field Operations for the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Census Bureau in the Cleveland area. Mary Lee is currently self-employed as a Business and Marketing Consultant. She has held key management positions in leading multi-national companies such as American Greetings, Rubbermaid, and Invacare, among others. Ms. Bowen has an Associates Degree in Business and Marketing from Cuyahoga Community College.
